How do we fund our parade?
Our primary funding is from Kildare County Council, we receive a grant from them every year, this is a huge help to us. The main share of the cost is then at the kindness of the community. We run two social events throughout the year, Halloween Party and in January this year we ran a 'Stars in their eyes' night night, both of these events prove very successful in raising funds. We also held a table quiz and Tesco bag pack.
January 2013 saw our first stage show, this year was ''Stars in Their Eyes''. It was a huge success and hopefully the first of many shows.
